General Terms and Conditions of Zugo24 GmbH


§1 Scope and Definitions for Entrepreneurs

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders through our online shop https://zugoshop.com.

(2) In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the contract comes into effect with

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but are merely a non-binding invitation for the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer makes a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.

The order follows the following steps:

1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking the “Order” button
3) Check the details in the shopping cart
4) Press the “Checkout” button
5) Login to the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password)
6) Re-examine or correct the respective entered data
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the button “order with obligation to pay” or “buy”

The consumer can return to the internet page where the customer’s details are recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser before submitting the binding order by pressing the “back” button contained in the internet browser used by the consumer. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We save the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at https://zugoshop.com/pages/agb. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices listed include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment by direct debit, PayPal, credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express )


§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery takes place at the latest within 2 working days. The delivery period begins the day after the payment order is placed with the bank commissioned with the transfer in the case of prepayment, and the day after the conclusion of the contract for all other payment methods. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item, even in the case of a shipment purchase, passes to the buyer only upon handover of the item to the buyer.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

Consequences of Withdrawal


If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
