§1 Scope and Definitions for Entrepreneurs
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices listed include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.(2) The consumer has the option of payment by direct debit, PayPal, credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express )
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery takes place at the latest within 2 working days. The delivery period begins the day after the payment order is placed with the bank commissioned with the transfer in the case of prepayment, and the day after the conclusion of the contract for all other payment methods. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item, even in the case of a shipment purchase, passes to the buyer only upon handover of the item to the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

§8 Warranty

The only language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.Perfume Return Policy
Please note that perfumes can only be returned if they are unopened and unused. Once the seal or packaging has been broken, returns are not possible.
This is due to several reasons:
1. Hygiene and product safety – Opened perfumes may have been exposed to air or skin contact, making them unsuitable for resale.
2. Consumer protection – Perfumes can be altered or refilled, so this policy ensures product integrity for all customers.
3. Legal regulations – Perfumes are classified as cosmetic products, which may be excluded from return rights after opening for hygiene reasons.
We recommend testing a sample before opening the perfume to ensure it meets your expectations. Thank you for your understanding!
